By inviting or using any Zenkai HQ bot (Draik, Anaconda, Emma, Destroic, Harmonix, Quo) you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our bots to: violate Discord's Terms of Service, harass users, distribute malicious content, attempt to exploit, abuse, or overload the bots, or circumvent rate limits.
3. Service availability
Bots are provided "as is" and may experience downtime, bugs, or feature changes. We make no uptime guarantees.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to remove our bots from any server, blacklist users, or restrict access at any time, especially in cases of abuse.
5. Liability
Zenkai HQ and its developers are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of our bots.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our bots after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
