1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Zenkai HeadQuarters (“we”, “us”) and the bots we operate (Draik, Anaconda, Emma, Destroic, Harmonix, Quo) collect and use information when you interact with them.
2. Data we collect
We only store the minimum data required for our bots to function — for example, server IDs, channel IDs, user IDs (for permissions and preferences), and command-related configuration. We do not store private message content unless explicitly required by a feature you use.
3. How we use data
Data is used solely to operate features, improve performance, and prevent abuse. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
4. Data retention
Data tied to a server is removed within 30 days after the bot leaves that server, unless retention is required for legal or anti-abuse reasons.
5. Third-party services
Music bots may stream from public providers such as YouTube, SoundCloud, or Spotify. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services through our bots.
6. Your rights
You can request deletion of data tied to your user ID or your server by contacting us through the Support page.
